The Top RSA Achievement Program Test Centers and their corresponding test totals are published on the RSA website and in the RSA Today e-newsletter. The top RSA Achievement Program Test Center award is presented annually to the skating center which administers the most achievement tests from June 1-May 31. This distinguished honor is awarded at the USARS National Championships each year.
