Whether you want to get creative and dress with the theme or just attend in everyday attire, the choice is yours!
Here is an outline of the typical attire for various events: Cocktail events: Some members come dressed in normal everyday attire, but several may change into cocktail dresses or business casual. Seminars: Dress comfortably. Meeting rooms can sometimes get chilly, so bring a light cardigan or jacket if you wish. President’s Dinner: This is a black-tie optional cocktail attire event. Most wear suits, tuxes, evening gowns, or cocktail attire. Either way, this comes with your full delegate status, and we encourage you to attend! Seating is first come, first served at round tables with other members.

GOLF CLASSIC - MUSEUM FUNDRAISER
This year the Museum will be hosting another fun golf outing for all those interested and planning to attend the RSA convention in Orlando. The date set will be Sunday, May 5th, 2024. Unfortunately most courses are overseeding and aerating at about the same time as convention, so finding a course in decent shape and not miles away was difficult. Frank was able to secure Metro West Golf Club and it is very close to the Double Tree.
Sure Grip is hosting a welcome reception at the hotel that evening and the location gives everyone plenty of time to get back and ready for the activities. They will have aerated about 3 weeks before, so the course should be in decent shape. Please help us support the Museum and keep our history alive and well.
The golf rate will be $90.00 per person and club rental will be $30.00 for those who will need clubs.
Two bottles of Gatorade and ditty bag will be included. A few Prizes will be given away as well. We have secured tee times for 24 players, and our first tee time is 11:30 am. If you are a golfer or just want to come hack at a few to be with friends, please sign up and join the fun.
Anyone interested please send an email to Frank Torries at ftorries@gmail.com or call 337-278-8275.
