How do we elect our board of directors and which states do each represent?

The RSA Board of Directors are elected in each chapter (also called a section) by the member rink owners of each. During our chapter meetings, held in the spring and fall, the members come together to put forward their candidates for Director, President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Director and President are in charge of developing these seasonal chapter meetings for the members to come together in their areas.
