​Every year, the Roller Skating Association International brings the excitement to a sun-soaked Florida destination—and 2025 is no exception! This year, we’re turning up the fun at the stunning Margaritaville Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida. Set against the backdrop of beautiful beaches and tropical vibes, this can’t-miss event combines valuable educational sessions for both new and veteran rink owners, a vibrant trade show with top vendors, and lively after-hours networking events. Don’t miss this chance to learn, connect, and relax—register today and get ready for a fin-tastic time in Hollywood Beach!

We will also have an evening Jungle Queen dinner cruise available for those who would like to attend. (Details under Special Events below.)

Exhibitor Registration & Sponsorships
Booth Fee: RSM Members: $700 for one booth and admission for one (1) exhibitor for RSM members. (Includes table, table covering, seating for one, cocktail receptions, as well as breakfast and lunch for Tuesday and Wednesday.)

Non Member booth fees: Not an RSM member? Join as an RSM member for $450 today or purchase a booth for $1000 without membership. 

​Suitcasing/Outboarding: The RSA strictly prohibits solicitation, “suitcasing” or “outboarding” by attendees who conduct business at the conference and do not have an exhibit or sponsorship investment at the event. Any attendee or company who is observed to be suitcasing or outboarding will be given a warning and asked to stop their activity or leave.

Additional exhibit staff: $300 (Cannot be purchased without purchase of a booth.)

Seminar Sponsorship: $1750 (Includes 1 additional exhibit staff & 5 min talk time at start of seminar. Exhibitor table NOT included.)

Margarita Sponsorship: $2000 for a Margarita Sponsorship for the Roller Skating Foundation's seminar: Money, Margaritas and Making a Difference on Tuesday at 5 pm​. Comes with 5 minutes of talk time. 

Booth Electricity: You will need to purchase electricity prior to the event. Click here to purchase.

Booth selection: When registering for the event, you will be able to pick a booth from the pull down menu based on the numbers listed here. If a booth has already been selected by another company, it will show as “unavailable.” View the floor plan here.

Shipping Information: Items that require shipment should be sent to hotel. Click here to download the Hotel Exhibitor Agreement to pay for boxes, pallets, or crates in advance of shipping. 

Booth type: Booth setup includes a table, table covering and one chair. Booths are 6' tables and do not include pipe and drape and are set up in the conference room, hall and foyer. If you bought an additional exhibitor, it comes with an additional chair.

Setup: Setup will begin Monday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Teardown: Because booths are on the conference room floor and in the halls, we would like to ask you to stay for the duration of the event. Teardown will begin at the end of the day on Wednesday after all seminars are finished. A schedule of events will be available soon.

Monday, August 25
  • 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM — RSA Registration: Start your RSA experience by checking in at registration to collect your conference materials, badge, and welcome kit.
  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Trade Show Set-Up: Vendors and exhibitors will be preparing their booths and displays for the official Trade Show opening on Tuesday.
  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Life-Saving Skills: CPR Certification for Roller Skating Professionals: Gain critical CPR certification tailored to roller skating professionals and rink environments. This hands-on training equips you with the knowledge to respond in emergency situations.
  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM — STEM Partner Only Boot Camp: This STEM licensee boot camp is designed to teach you everything you need to know, as well as updates to the program, to drive more income to your skating center using the STEM Roller Skating Program in your rink.
  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM — Welcome Reception – Poolside: Reconnect with industry peers and meet new faces as we officially kick off the conference with a casual evening by the pool. Drinks and light refreshments provided.

  • 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM — RSA Registration Continues: If you haven’t registered yet, please stop by to pick up your credentials and conference materials.
  • 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM — Continental Breakfast: Fuel up for a busy day with a complimentary breakfast and casual networking with fellow attendees.
  • 7:45 AM – 9:45 AM — First Aid Certification with the National Safety Council: Complete your First Aid Certification with this professional course focused on rink-relevant injuries and accident scenarios.
  • 8:00 AM – 9:45 AM — Trade Show Opens: Explore the latest innovations, equipment, and business services designed for skating rinks. Chat with vendors and discover new revenue opportunities.
  • 9:45 AM – 10:15 AM — RSA Update: Hear the latest news from the Roller Skating Association, including any legislative efforts, new programs, and what’s ahead for the industry.
  • 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM — IALDA Seminar: Lary Zucker’s Birthday Seminar – IALDA’s Greatest Hits for Protecting Your Rink: Back by popular demand! Lary Zucker presents key legal cases and protections that every rink owner should know. Learn how to minimize liability and protect your business.
  • 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM — Trade Show: Return to the trade floor for a second look at vendor offerings and one-on-one consultations.
  • 12:15 PM – 1:30 PM — Lunch Break: Take time to recharge, meet new industry professionals, and fuel up for the afternoon seminars.
  • 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM — Scott Salter: Bridging the Age Gap – How to Successfully Manage Multi-Generational Employees: Learn how to motivate, retain, and lead employees from Gen Z to Boomers. This session offers practical tips to build a more cohesive team.

  • 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM — Trade Show: Final trade show session of the day. Grab those last-minute materials and vendor cards.
  • 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM — Chanel Bellotto & Cindy Anderson: Money, Margaritas & Making a Difference: Join Chanel Bellotto and Cindy Anderson for a dynamic, must-attend seminar that will show roller skating facilities how to unlock local donor funding for educational field trips, as well as funding through the Roller Skating Foundation! You'll leave with real tools, ready-to-use templates, and proven strategies to turn your weekday slow times into impactful, revenue-generating opportunities. Whether you're new to the idea of proposals or want to sharpen your donor pitch, this session will guide you step-by-step and might even include margaritas while you learn! Jungle Cruise: ​Set Sail for Fun - Your Ultimate Jungle Queen Adventure Awaits!
  • Your Jungle Queen experience starts with a fully narrated sightseeing cruise down Fort Lauderdale’s New River, “The Venice of America”.
  • You’ll learn the history of the luxurious homes lining Millionaire’s Row. Glide alongside the spectacular mega yachts of the rich and famous, and admire gorgeous flora and fauna native to South Florida.
  • During the sightseeing cruise, visit our full liquor bar, offering signature cocktails.

Weekly Schedule
The Tropical Island Dinner, Show & Sightseeing Cruise departs every Tuesday – Sunday at 6:00 PM SHARP. Please arrive 45 minutes before departure to arrange parking and boarding.

Cost: $88 per person for those 12 years of age and older

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I check in?
When you arrive, just go to RSA registration desk, grab your lanyard and head to the seminar room!

Is food included?
Breakfast and lunch will be served on both Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be a cocktail reception on Tuesday evening. During the evening, you are responsible for food - there are plenty of options available within walking distance to enjoy.

Is there a dress code for anything?
Nope! Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Pack for moderately cool meeting rooms and warm evenings outdoors.

Is there a trade show?
Yes. Throughout this two-day event, attendees will be given several breaks throughout the day in which they will be able to visit with vendors to make purchases and learn about new products and services.

Can I still get a booth or sponsorship?
Absolutely! All you need to do is visit www.rollerskating.com/sk8expo and scroll to the section marked Exhibitor Registration.

Can I get the room rate for a few nights prior to the event?
Yes! We have reserved several rooms ahead of Sk8Expo in the event that anyone wants to arrive early to enjoy the area. Rooms go fast, though!
